Stathakis is local to your community and operates a cleaning and maintenance company that has served local communities, just like yours, for over 30 years.We are currently hiring for part time Janitorial Crew Leader for office building in the Auburn Hills area near Great Lake Crossing on Joslyn Rd. There are several positions available. M-F 6pm to 10pm. $11.00 per hour. As a Stathakis Crew Leader/ Cleaner, you are responsible for performing general cleaning of assigned areas within your specific building. Your responsibilities include duties such as dusting/wiping surfaces, cleaning cafeteria, emptying trash, cleaning locker rooms/restrooms, mopping hard surface floors, vacuuming with a 13lb backpack vacuum. Also a Crew leader you are responsible for back checking employees work, taking care of customer issues, ordering supplies, training new employees and overseeing a crew of 4.To be considered for this opportunity, you must:Possess a positive attitude. Have reliable transportation.Be willing to perform the physical aspects of the position.Pass a background check and drug screening, paid for by our company. Have the ability to work with other team members and take direction from a Supervisor.
