Relentless Court Services, Inc. is currently looking for a part-time contract process server for Oakland County Michigan. We pay on the 1st and 15th of the month electronically. No waiting for your check. If you are looking for a flexible side job, or you are currently retired and looking to supplement your income, this is the job for you. We are also open to process servers that serve for other companies as well. We do not do low pay collections papers.
The following are requirements of the position:
Computer, Scanner and Printer
Android or IPhone to update cases
Reliable Transportation
Minimum of 1 year of process serving experience preferred. (Will train the right candidate)
Ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Clean criminal background.
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to route and navigate the entire county
No Excuse attitude
We offer competitive pay per serve and growth potential. Some of the documents we serve in Oakland County include, but not limited to:
Summons and Complaint
Garnishments
Subpoenas
Small Claims Affidavits
This is a 1099 contract position. You will be responsible for your own taxes and expenses resulting from serving documents for our firm. We have been in the industry since 2000, and unlike many serving firms, we pay well, and we pay fast. In return, we expect diligence, professionalism, and someone that can handle deadlines and work well independently. It is preferred that you live in Oakland County, but not required.
