Our top client is looking for User Experience Designer (UX) to join a great team doing exciting work. The successful candidate must be based in Michigan day one of the assignment. Return to work plans will be announced in the new year. We know this client well and their Digital Experience team strives team strives to help people navigate the healthcare system with confidence, and our User Experience designers are key players in this effort. This will be a rewarding, career enhancing long term assignment for the right person!

• Use a variety of discovery techniques to understand the needs of our digital users and internal stakeholders
• Deftly translate user goals and business objectives into compelling UX (functional) designs for consumer-facing digital products
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in Creative and Development in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Foster internal understanding of the needs, pain points, and goals of users throughout the design process

• Experience planning and assessing formative and evaluative research, including user testing
• Demonstrated experience presenting your work and research insights to stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Demonstrated understanding of current web accessibility regulations, guidelines and how they impact digital design

• Experience developing UX designs for native mobile apps
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM team

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (human-computer interaction, information design, communications, etc.).
• Certifications or advanced/specific degree in User Experience design, Usability, or a related discipline preferred
