General Laborer Responsibilities:
Clean, paint, wire, fixture and perform other duties to prepare work for processing
Load and unload baskets, bins, fixtures and furnaces
Maintain a clean, safe and well-organized work area
Stack parts in customer bins or containers
Notify manager of problems
General Laborer Requirements:
Ability to handle a very physical role, lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout shift
Ability to read, write and speak in English; good communication skills
Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
Must be able to obtain and keep forklift operator certification
Heat Treat or Assembly background is a plus
Must be flexible to work overtime as needed
High School Diploma/ GED
Must wear steel toed shoes
Basic math skills
