We are a small manufacturing start-up, located in Warren, looking to start adding to our dedicated team! We are looking for long-term individuals that are motivated, talented, and hardworking.
Work days start at 9 am, can go until 7, but are usually done by 5pm. We are aiming to produce 4 days/week, Monday through Thursday, with the possibility for Fridays.
1 full-time (30-40 hours a week)
Job duties include:
-monitoring production machinery for extended periods of time
-weighing and measuring product samples to ensure they are to specification
-assembling products
-disassembling, and cleaning production machinery
-vacuuming, moping and sanitizing production facility
-sanitizing work surfaces
-operating a forklift
-preparing shipments
-maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Candidates must:
-be punctual
-able to read, write, and do math
-have a strong work ethic
Optimal candidates will:
-have a working knowledge of hand tools; mechanical ability will be a huge advantage
-be a self starters (don’t have to be told what to do, don’t have to be monitored)
-have strong problem-solving abilities (can troubleshoot machinery without help)
-be determined and persistent (won’t stop until the job is done)
