Aristo Industries is currently seeking production MIG welders for our plant located in Harrison Township, MI. We are in immediate need of 1st shift welders. All candidates will take a weld test. Your pay rate will be determined based on experience and your weld test performance.
Pay: $15.50 to $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 am until 2:30 pm), with possible overtime.
Job Description:
Must work with quality department to understand and insure all patterns are consistent and free of porosity or flaws
Must keep work area clean with products stacked neatly and free of debris
Must strive to hit projected goals and work well in a team environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to replace wire drums and spool with little to no help
Must bring your own helmet to weld test
We prefer candidates that have production rack welding experience
MUST HAVE WELD EXPERIENCE, WHETHER IT BE A WELDING CERTIFICATE OR ON-THE-JOB EXPERIENCE.
