Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Description: The Marketing & Administrative Assistant will assist in all day-to-day tasks within the office. This can consist of: Social Media posting, Email writing and reply, answering phones, calling new and existing customers, management of customer email database, management of CRM. responding to customer feedback, production of Excel spreadsheets/templates, taking messages, mailing, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, attention to detail, ability to communicate with our B2B customers in a professional friendly manner via email or phone, Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as a Team Member. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills, tasks, etc. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and CRM software are strongly preferred. Some work can be done from home if you have the necessary office equipment.
