THE POSITION (Local Candidates Only)
Supervest is looking for an Administrative Asst. who can turn into an Operations Manager to join its team of dedicated and professional staff. This position is being added due to growth. The position is located in Bloomfield MI.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracking tasks, assignments, and follow ups.
Managing day to day operations of local office
Review information obtained from lenders for accuracy, completeness and viability
Obtain additional documentation needed from all sources
Coordinate meetings, emails, and tasks
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Great communication skills with ability to multi task with internal staff, participants and Servicers
Highly organized and an attention to detail
Strong leadership and ability to prioritize
Can leverage technology as a tool, including skilled at Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook
Experience in finance-related industry helpful.
