The Suit Depot currently has a position open for a data entry specialist. Unlike many other data entry jobs on the market, here youll have the opportunity to work with our eCommerce team to develop and maintain our inventory catalog. We are a rapidly growing company that loves to promote from within, with many opportunities in both our online and retail operations.
While data entry experience is a plus, we will train candidates who are organized, have the right attitude, drive and a thirst for knowledge. What we insist upon is a strong work ethic and cooperation and flexibility to support the team with various projects and assignments as they come up.
Main Responsibilities
List new inventory to our online database.
Create online product descriptions based off of provided formulas.
Organize incoming shipments by model and size.
Assist with stock takes, merchandise transfers, and store organization.
Other administrative tasks, as they come up.
Skills & Requirements
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, self-motivated with good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining efficiency and quality of work.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Ability to accurately enter data (fast and accurate typing required).
Commitment of 30+ hours per week.
