We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage our in-house leasing. The role involves marketing the homes to potential residents, processing lease and voucher applications, and attending Section 8 inspections. Familiarity with Detroit's neighborhoods is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Process lease and Section 8 voucher applications promptly and accurately
Process lease renewal including Section 8 voucher documentation promptly and accurately
Ensure that homes are completed to Section 8 and brand standards
Attend Section 8 move-in inspections
Take high quality photographs of the homes and list the homes for lease online
Schedule and attend showings with potential residents
Set up move-out inspections
Treat all customers in a courteous and professional manner
Requirements:
High attention to detail
Must be physically able to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a smartphone to take photos and communicate with potential residents
A valid driver's license
Reliable transportation via a motor vehicle with valid insurance
