Qualifications and Job Requirements:
â¢ 3+ years of auto or motorcycle sales experience, Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
â¢ 1+ year auto or motorcycle sales management experience.
â¢ Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
â¢ Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
â¢ Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
â¢ Strong written and communication skills.
â¢ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
â¢ Consistent and stable work history.
â¢ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
â¢ Professional appearance and work ethic.
â¢ Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, Holidays, and evenings.
