Candidates will be responsible for refurbishing/repairing and/or doing quality inspection of brand new Recreation Vehicles (RVs). Candidates will be training to become a Light Industrial Technician for their RV's that come in and go out of the dealership. It take months or years before they become a true technician. Candidates need to be mechanically inclined and come from a property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or carpentry background only because they have found in the past that they catch on a lot quicker. Candidates will be required to change light bulbs, replace furniture, screw the furniture in. Could be in charge of painting or replacing cupboard doors. Wash and clean the trailers Candidates are required to have their own set of tools Shift is 8a-5p M-F with unlimited, voluntary OT. Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test.
