Hello,
My name is Ben. I am an investor/contractor in the detroit area. I am looking for someone to work fulltime with me on a couple flip houses that I am working on. I am profficient in most areas of remodeling and am willing to teach and work along side someone. I am looking for someone who can do basic remodeling. Some of the skills I am looking for are (Do not need to know all the below):
Proficiency in all basic hand and power tools.
Can cut measure, miter dimensional wood and wood trim
Basic carpentry
Organizing and straightening job site, clean up
painting, understanding of drywall finishing
Hang drywall, install cabinets, basic tile work
install hardware, knobs, handles
Install doors and windows
basic landscaping skills
very basic electrical/plumbing like replacing switches, light fixtures or hooking up new sink drains
Requirements. Can work 2-5 days a week
Does not need your own tools, but that is fine too.
Preferably has own transportation or lives on the west side of detroit and could be picked up at an exit on 96
