We are an extremely fast growing lawn company in Chesterfield and we're looking for a Landscape Team Leader. We do mostly softscape, including sod installs, mulch, shrub and tree trimming, planting, and landscape tear outs. You will be leading a team of 2-5 guys and executing projects on time and on budget.

-Our landscape setup consists of a BRAND NEW Ford F-350 with an 8 foot bed, a dump trailer, as well as lots of brand new tools, chainsaw, and equipment.
Requirements
-You must have EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE in landscape and softscape.
-This includes installing mulch, planting flowers, cutting trees, tearing out shrubs, installing sod, raking topsoil, and planting flowers.
-You must have a positive, can-do attitude.
-You must be able to manage and direct a crew of 2-5 guys. You must think like a general, not like a soldier.
-You must have reliable transportation.
-You must be available to work long, hard hours and some weekends.
-You must be clean cut and energetic.
-You must do consistent high quality work.
-You must be a good communicator who can discuss projects with management and can ask questions when you are not sure what to do. That is ok!
-You must have a minimum two years experience in landscape construction.
-You must be on time and ready to work. This is not a job. This is a career.
