We are a growing small business whom is looking to hire a helper for our stone mason crew to aid in installation of stone veneer fireplace facades. Position does not require experience in masonry but some construction experience is required. We will base pay according to experience, W2 Position. Room for growth within the company if you are willing to learn.
Job details require ability to carry 80lbs. Ability to use power tools like wet saws, mixing drills and hand tools, ability to read a tape measure well. Aid in helping our mason on projects, mixing mortar, handing materials and learning the trade. We remodel fireplaces mainly but also do some exterior stone work. We work in finished homes regularly so you have to have a clean criminal background and must be willing to pass a background check.
Will ride together in company vehicle from shop daily, average hours around 40 from 8am to 5-6pm typically. Some days will vary in hours by the project.
