Stanley's Global Operations team is currently seeking candidates for aManufacturing Engineer, Industry 4.0.
The Lean-led Industry 4.0 organization is responsible for developing and implementing the technology roadmap to transform our manufacturing operations and meet business unit objectives. Co-located at our manufacturing locations in order to develop a deep understanding of local manufacturing processes, these roles spearhead projects at the plant level, introducing and implementing Industry 4.0 technologies such as IIoT, Advanced Analytics, automation, robotics, and many other innovative Advanced Manufacturing technologies. The Lean-led Industry 4.0 team is at the forefront of understanding and implementing state of the art manufacturing technologies into the manufacturing world of Stanley Black & Decker.
Successful candidates will be innovative thinkers who can both understand new technology in manufacturing and be able to look at true capability and identify the right place to implement it, will be great communicators that can work across diverse teams inside and outside the business, and will possess the ability to think outside of the box and embrace change.
