Bookkeeper:
16-24 hours per week
Experience with Quickbooks
Able to post transactions, review account details, reconcile account balances, create and post journal entries for prepaids and accruals, reconcile wages and payroll tax accounts, review and maintain fixed assets ledgers, calculate and post depreciation and amortization expenses, analyze CGS and SG&A accounts, set up and maintain a chart of accounts, prepare draft financial statements (using Quickbooks)
Works well with others in an entrepreneurial, small business environment.
