We are looking to employ a full charge bookkeeper for our Property Management Company.
Some duties will include:
Managing time sheets and processing payroll in Quickbooks
Entering bills/invoices for payment
Keeping financial statements up to date in Quickbooks as well as our Rent Manager Software
Ability to manage multiple phone lines
Strong customer service skills
Data entry and file system management
We are in search of a team player ready to grow with our company. We currently manage 8 properties in Oakland & Genesee Counties. As well as a few other local businesses. At our company we truly care for our residents and customer service and satisfaction is of great priority.
