Aspen Square Management, one of the nation's largest privately held real estate investment and property management firms in the US with a 60-year track record of success in the multi-family housing industry, seeks a Full-Time Cleaner to join the team at Burkeshire Pointe in Swartz Creek, MI.
Applicants must have housekeeping experience. General responsibilities include:
Up-keep and cleaning of communal areas including apartment lobbies, business center, fitness center, common rooms, and bathrooms
Routine cleaning of main offices
Support the cleaning and preparation of apartments to prepare for new residents
This is a full-time position with a weekly 8am-5pm schedule.
