Apartment community currently taking applications for a highly motivated, skilled maintenance tech/supervisor. The position is a fulltime position and is available for immediate hire. This position will be in charge of managing 5-6 employees on a daily basis and will have the direct support of the Regional Maintenance Manager. Below you will find some of the requirements of the position.
1. Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
2. Able to cover 24/7 on call on a rotation with 4 people.
3. Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
4. Must have previous apartment maintenance experience.
5. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug testing.
6. Must have HVAC background
7. Will be responsible to walk move outs with the property manager.
8. Will be responsible to order all supplies for the Team.
9. Will be responsible to hand out the daily work to the maintenance Team.
10. Will report daily to the property manager the completions for each day.
11. Will have to provide your own tools. Some specialty tools are provided.
12. Must be a Team player
13. Previous management experience of a maintenance department is a plus.
