Be a key member of our growing team! We are an innovative, privately owned management company in Fenton looking for a trustworthy, customer service oriented, experienced maintenance technician to help maintain our community. A strong work ethic is a must!
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
-Fulfilling work orders
-Preparing and/or upgrading units for the next resident
-Working with suppliers and property managers
-Maintenance of common areas and building exteriors
-This position requires you to be on call some nights and weekends.
Requirements:
-Valid drivers license
-Reliable transportation
-Meet company background screening
-A minimum of 3-5 years experience in most, but not necessarily all of the following areas:
- electrical
- plumbing
- lock installation
- general carpentry
- dry wall repair
- roofing
