Clovertree Apartments is currently hiring for two full time permanent positions in the maintenance department. We are looking for a full time painter for the apartments and a full time maintenance tech. Please see below for the job descriptions for both positions.
Painter-
1. Have a valid drivers licence.
2. Able to pass criminal background check.
3. Able to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
4. Have painting experience with a roller and a brush.
5. Must be able to work on your own in a fast paced environment.
6. All painting tools provided, you will need simple tools like a screw driver and 5&1
Maintenance-
1. Have a valid drivers licence.
2. Able to pass criminal background check.
3. Able to work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
4. Have previous apartment maintenance experience
5. Must have own tools
6. Must have reliable transportation
