Are you done with your seasonal job and looking for a full time job to keep you busy. The Linden Place manufactured home community has a full time opening for a maintenance person. This job is fun, you are doing different things everyday. One day you will be checking furnace filters on homes, the next day you will be unclogging a sink and putting up a new shower head. The next day you would be helping to remodel a home that we are preparing to sell. This job does not get old. If you like variety and are good with your hands, this is your job.
The skills that will make you and ideal candidate would be painting, plumbing, some dry wall repair, and the occasional floor repair.
We are looking for someone with a drivers license who can pass a background and drug test.
You will be working and reporting with a hands on experienced maintenance supervisor.
Heating and Air-conditioning repair experience a plus. But not required.
