Clovertree is looking to fill two open positions on our Team. Both positions are full time and permanent positions. Open walk in interviews will be Monday August 3rd from 9:00am to 4:00pm at 3270 Clovertree Lane in Flint, MI.
Per the governors orders you are required to wear a mask to enter the leasing office.
If you meet the qualifications for either position please come in Monday and join our Team! If you have resume please bring it. Must bring drivers license to the interview.
Painter-
1. Must have reliable transportation
2. Must pass criminal background check
3. Must have valid drivers license
4. All painting tools (Rollers, brushes, ladders, extension poles, etc) are provided.
5. Simple tools like screw drivers, caulk gun, 5in1 you must have your own.
6. Previous painting experiance
7. Ability to work alone in a high paced environment.
8. Drywall repair ability a huge bonus
8. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours).
Maintenance-
1. Must have reliable transportation
2. Must pass criminal background check
3. Must have valid drivers license
4. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours).
5. Available for rotating on call duties
6. Previous apartment maintenance or construction experience
7. Knowledge of basic plumbing
8. Knowledge of basic electricity
9. HVAC knowledge a plus but not required
