Production Manager
Job Summary:
Seeking Production Manager who is knowledgeable in water, fire, mold, and storm damages and restoration as it pertains to insurance and non-insurance related work. Self-motivated with strong communication skills. Experience within the insurance industry working with homeowners and insurance adjusters is a plus. Production Manager will manage and complete jobs according to company procedures. Company vehicle, phone, and tablet provided.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Inspect and sign new jobs
Oversee and manage scheduling jobs, crews, and resources
Assign and coordinate jobs with crews
Keep Project Manager updated on production
Manage job file documentation
Train, manage, and recruit technicians
Create and review job scopes and ensure accuracy
Review paperwork to ensure job is done properly and efficiently
Monitor and follow up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customer needs are met
Communicate and establish rapport with commercial, insurance, and residential customers
Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas.
Experience and Requirements:
IICRC certifications preferred
Restoration and mitigation experience
Drivers license required
Reliable transportation required
