Day-to-Day Role: Act as an Account Manager and perform service calls for small to medium businesses to keep them operational and make any suggestions for network/security/system upgrades. Create tickets, document support calls and time using our relationship management ticketing system. Create and update procedural documentation. Core Qualifications: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking (Wifi, VLAN, VPN), Office 365, VMWare The ideal candidate would possess all the following: Requirements: Good communication (written and verbal.) Must be an organized self-starter with the ability to work independently, unsupervised, and collaborate with team members. Ability to maintain composure when faced with stressful situations. Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems.
