Regional insurance brokerage in Grand Rapids is hiring a full time insurance account manager who is looking to build a rewarding long term career.
Common tasks include helping with personal and commercial insurance clients, computer and data pulling tasks, incoming correspondence, certificates of insurance, following up on client concerns, rating policies, tracking renewals, answering phone, processing mail, and other administrative tasks.
Position has considerable growth potential for the right driven candidate. We will provide top notch proactive training to help you grow within the role, including heavy continuing education outside the office through the CISR, CIC, and CRM programs.
Bachelors degree required, with at LEAST a 3.0 GPA. OR 1 year of insurance experience.
MUST be proficient typing (55 WPM +)
Desired hours of position are 11am-8pm.
