We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! You will handle all leasing, resident activities and marketing. Work closely with the community managers to better serve our residents and extend our reach in the Grand Rapids community
Responsibilities:
List and market residential or commercial real estate
Facilitate lease signings
Host open houses and other community events
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Up hold community policies and procedures
Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws
Up keep of the community grounds and apartment interior
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus
Ability to build rapport with residents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 /hour
