In the role of Associate
Finance Analyst you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success! You
will support daily operations of the KNA Planning Finance team by generating financial analysis. You will be driving
our future with confidence by closely partnering with the business to ensure we
are meeting needs and hitting goals! We are looking for you to have a mindset
of innovation and improvement, as you constantly challenge current processes

Complex Analysis & Reporting– You will be partneringwith important areas of the business, such as commercial, sales, and GBS.You will have a firm focus on performing complex analysis for thesefunctions. You will be supporting marketers financial forecasting;completing templates, reporting, consolidation and ad-hoc analysis. Youwill be involved with the explanation of deviations between actual vs.expected results.
Continuous Improvement – You will have a key role in uncovering processimprovement changes for the finance business. You will be using yourowner’s mindset by identifying areas where we can standardize processesand develop better ones! On top of that, you will be participating inprojects or initiatives. Your insights and imagination will shapetomorrow.
Partnerships – We believe in the power of collaboration! You will beinteracting with Internal Finance Managers and Business Partners to helpensure we are delivering results for the business. You will be providinganalytical and problem solving support, along with presenting yourfindings and recommendations. You will have a key role in owning the overall and monthly forecasting calendar process.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSRequired:
Bachelor's Degree inFinance/Accounting/Business or related degree; with some relatedwork experience
Computer skills, includingstrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
Strong analytical, problemsolving, decision making, and communication skills
Bonus Points:
Proficient knowledge of ERP andother financial planning system (e.g. SAP)
Working effectively in avirtual team environment.
Proficient Knowledge of Anaplan and BP1/BPC
