Randstad Engineering Solutions is looking for qualified senior hardware design engineers to join us in the development of vehicle access systems in the Grand Rapids, MI area. Job Description:

We are seeking senior hardware design engineers to work on the design and implementation of vehicle access systems. Your primary job responsibilities will include:

Work directly with customers, suppliers and ADAC systems engineers to identify, develop and manage requirements, designs, specifications, etc.

Role Specific (Required): 5+ years of experience with radar technologies

Role Specific (Required): Ability to use Oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and other analysis tools




Role Specific (Desired): Considered a SME in at least one area of HW development or technology.


Role Specific (Desired): Understands how multiple systems interact


Role Specific (Desired): Ability to root cause issues utilizing 8D and Fishbones
