In this role, you will be a leader for the HR Advisory Services (HRAS) Team and Document Imaging & Fulfillment (DIF) Team at our Global Business Services Center (GBS). You will be a key member of the Hire to Retire Leadership team, which support the Kellogg North America Delivery Center. You will be overseeing employee relations and DIF programs and projects. You will lead the team in conducting investigations, case reviews, involuntary exit processes, data gathering, and documentation. Our team’s commitment to driving insights will help us accomplish more together.This role is more than just a title. You will be a valued contributor to the overall success at GBS, encouraging and enforcing recognition, and acting as a representative for the team with global leadership. Customer Solutions – You will be supporting complex customer needs to develop and deliver on relevant service level agreements. You will ensure you are delivering consistent and excellent service to teams like the HR Center of Excellence, Legal and Risk, and other GBS functions.

People Management – You will be responsible for a team of leads and associates that support employee relations, document imaging, and fulfillment responsibilities. You will be ensuring they work together to create solutions and manage performance expectations to help them grow.

Driving Continuous Improvement and Results – You will play a big role in ensuring that we are driving service excellence, problem solving, and a continuous improvement culture. You will have a firm focus on understanding metrics to drive results in the center and hold your team accountable to those results. We’re hoping you can take a new angle on what otherwise might be ordinary.

Financial Responsibility – You will be taking particular care in managing a large departmental budget. You will need to think wisely and strategically to ensure financial success for your team and meet business objectives towards our company goals.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESSRequired:

Bachelor’s Degree or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field; or comparable role experience

Significant leadership experience in a related function

People management experience

Demonstrated ability to evaluate, prioritize, and manage multiple projects

Bonus Points:

Master’s Degree or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Substantial experience in Employee Relations

Experience managing a large budget
