Sandy Point Beach House is a casual fine dining restaurant featuring a market driven rotating feature menu. These features will showcase Chefs ingredient focused fusion cuisine that the lake shore knows and loves. The beach house atmosphere is best described as modern Chicago loft space meets lake-shore cottage. We are currently looking for a Line Cook to join our innovative kitchen staff.
Prepare hot and cold food items according to designated recipes and quality standards. (Please see our full menu on OpenTable.com)
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
Stock and maintain designated food stations(s)
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
