HopCat is an exciting, growing place to work and we're looking for enthusiastic, passionate kittens to join our family! We're hiring a Restaurant Manager for the team in Grand Rapids (Knapp's Corner).

HopCat General Manager Duties:
Complete 4 - week MIT training program
Manage high-volume, fun restaurant/bar
Increase/maintain sales volume
Maintain strict compliance with food, health, safety, and security standards and procedures
Complete extensive and ongoing beer training program
Develop relationships with food and beverage suppliers
Recruit, hire, and train new employees
Manage budgets, suppliers, and staff
Create inventories and order food, beverages, and supplies
Develop relationships with local chambers of commerce and community organizations
HopCat Management Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 years current, salaried management experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
Must be, or willing to be Serv Safe compliant
