Mertens Hospitality currently owns two restaurants: (1) New Hotel Mertens is a traditional French restaurant, bakery and rooftop lounge, while (2) 9th St. Steaks offers completely from-scratch cheesesteaks. During this crisis our New Hotel Mertens business and our 9th St. Steaks cheesesteak operation run side-by-side and we're keeping very busy so we need to add team members.
We are seeking experienced line cooks or bread bakers. Preference is given to those who have worked in kitchens with a reputation for quality & attention to detail along with a job history that demonstrates a commitment to stay with each role for a significant period of time.
We have at least one full time position available and at least one part time position available.
