Small asphalt company is hiring. Starting pay is $14 per hour cash. If we like a person and want to keep them, we will pay more. Usually we get a 6-7 hour day minimum. 30-40 hours per week. Part time might work too. Hours are somewhat flexible due to weather. No experience is required, will train the right person. If you are willing to work and learn, you will do fine. Sometimes we use pickaxes, shovels, broom, vibratory plate, etc. We meet in the morning on the NE side near Kent Community hospital, from there we head out to jobs located all over GR. Drivers license is helpful but not required.
