Lot Supervisor Responsibilities Include:
Keep all vehicles clean, organized and ready to sellĀ
Move vehicles to designated locations
Organize the lot by moving vehicles and creating space for new inventory
Detail vehicles for sale
Keep lot clean, orderly and attractive
Be a team-player and help where needed at the dealership
Lot Supervisor Qualifications Include:
Must be dependable with excellent attendance, a stable work history, and a strong work ethic
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Must have a good driving record with no accidents
Must have excellent attention to detail with outstanding organization and time management skills
Must be flexible with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Must have the ability to think critically and exercise sound judgment
Must communicate effectively and have good listening skills
Must be willing and able to take initiative, follow instructions and meet expectations with minimal supervision
Must possess a team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude
