Local property manager looking for help.
20 week contract from MAY- SEPT.
8 hours min. a week
usually 2 4+ hour days.
flexible on days.
$12 hour cash/contract.
must have own transportation and valid drivers license
18+ years old.
jobs tasks include but not limit to:
-interior & exterior paint
-minor landscaping & maintenance
-small misc projects.
-ability to pull 8' trailer to dump ideal but not required (dump pay is premium pay)
