Progressive Building Services is seeking full-time commercial/residential painters to join our team!
For over 25 years, our company has been a successful corporation that is able to provide full service for most building maintenance needs.
Our company is rapidly growing and is in search of self motivated and detail oriented individuals to join our painting team.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, perform work in the painting, finishing, and maintaining of a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces and structures. The Painter prepares surfaces for painting and finishing; applies undercoats and finish coats using the full range of application methods and materials; mixes and matches paints and finishes.
Requirements:
Flexible Schedule - including evening and weekend assignments
Ability to work in a team
Must be able to perform physical activities- lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted)
Must be able to handle hazardous materials safely and tolerate exposure to electrical hazards.
2 years of experience in commercial/residential painting (preferred but not required we are willing to train the right person for the job)
Active drivers license
