Manage the company's social media platforms daily by providing new content to engage our customer. Make outbound calls to customers who have contacted us for information.
Take inbound calls, transferring to departments/personnel, and answering customer service questions.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from the application process.
Identify and resolve clients concerns and attend to customers needs.
Schedule appointments for sales staff.
Assist other departments when needed and other duties as assigned to conduct business.
The ability to work full-time; 40 hours per week between Mon-Fri with minimum attendance issues.
Previous BDC experience or customer service/call center experience.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills; on the phone and in person.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills preferred.
Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to persuade and influence others including encouraging and motivating staff.
Ability to prioritize and multitask using efficiency and time-management skills.
Ability to overcome objections with ease.
Ability to quickly learn processes and systems.
Ability to pass background check.
