Real estate appraisal company in Greenville has position available for person to complete property information research by internet and telephone and make calls and to plan and schedule several travel routes each week. Person much have excellent telephone skills, communication skills, computer skills, attention to details and be comfortable with mapping and logistics. Job created to be done remotely with hours budgeted on the number of properties inspected. Must be extremely organized with commitment to accuracy. Starting with 20-30 hours/week with additional hours possible from help with marketing and social media with experience. Must have good knowledge of Google Drive spreadsheets and creating and sharing documents. Must have positive, enthusiastic, can-solve-anything attitude. Not an 8-5 job. Must call when homeowners and information is available( mornings, evening and weekends are common). Bonus potential based on office performance.
