Goodwill is currently hiring for full and part time positions across multiple departments, including twenty retails locations, throughout eight Michigan counties. These jobs consist of, but are not limited to:
Donation Processor
The Processor is paid $9.25 an hour plus incentive bonus. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic mathematical skills are required. Some retail experience is preferred.
Janitorial/Stocker
The Stocker is paid $9.25 hourly and classified as a non-exempt employee. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Cashier/Customer Service
The Cashier is paid $9.25 an hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Basic mathematical skills are required. Some retail experience is preferred.
Warehouse/Donation Assistant.
The Warehouse/Donation Assistant is paid $10.00 an hour. Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. This position requires the ability to operate a pallet jack and double-stacker.
Store Team Lead
The Lead is paid $10.25 hourly plus incentive. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Solid mathematical skills are preferred. Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable personal transportation. Some managerial and retail sales experience is preferred.
Assistant Store Manager
The Assistant Store Manager salary starts at $26,500, depending on experience. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Solid mathematical skills are preferred. Must have a valid Drivers License and reliable personal transportation. Some managerial and retail sales experience is preferred.
