McDonald Modular Solutions, a major supplier of commercial, institutional and industrial modular space both temporary and permanent has an immediate need for an Inside Sales Representativeat its Wayland, MI branch office.
Headquartered in Milford, MI, McDonald Modular provides space solution services to customers throughout the Midwest including but not limited to: Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Wisconsin.

B2B Customer Service and extended support to the Sales and Operations Departments.
Summaryof essentialjob functions
Create quotes and convert quotes to orders.
Coordinate and schedule deliveries and returns with driver and vendors.
Receive service calls from customers and process.
Create Purchase Orders for work sent to vendors
Produce all needed documents and work orders to process orders and service.
Process all journals and related inventory control functions.
Transmit copies of contract documents as well as files for ships & returns.
Prepare and approve vendor invoices for processing by accounts payable.
Follow all procedures.
Process requests for billing adjustments for customers and vendors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to safety,documentation, contracts, purchasing, inventory control, billing and collections;assist as needed.
Nurture customer and vendor relationship/or its equivalent with at least 3-5years of experience in sales, customer service or in arelated area.
Abilities required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook.
Qualified candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, take initiative, have good problem solving skills, be detail oriented, be able to multi-task, and be comfortable working in a team environment. Successful candidate is able to work independently as well asfunction in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change.
