We need someone who is physically capable, mechanically inclined, and hungry to learn. This role requires you to handle real physical labor, follow directions, think on your feet, and solve problems on the job.
Experience in HVAC or a skilled trade is preferred, but we will train the right person who can actually learn.
Pay: $15 – $30/hour
Pay is based on experience, skill level, and how independently you can work. If you bring $30/hour skills, you’ll get $30/hour pay. If you bring $10/hour skills — don’t ask for $30/hour.

Qualifications:
-Physically able to lift, carry, climb, and stay on your feet all day
-Mechanically inclined, good with tools
-Quick learner with problem-solving skills
-Experience in HVAC is a plus but not required
-Experience in a skilled trade (plumbing, electrical, construction, etc.) preferred
-Dependable, punctual, and communicates well
-Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
