Job Description
Commercial flat roofing positions available in our Service Department. Job duties include, but are not limited to locating leaks, roof inspections, maintaining vegetative roofs, warranty repairs, and curb installations. Construction knowledge is a plus. Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting 50 pounds. Starting wage is $14 per hour with no experience required. Hourly rate is higher for individuals who have proven experience. Company paid vehicle with gas card immediately (you will still need transportation to the shop each morning). Company paid iPhone with plan after 90 days. Uniforms and laundry service provided at no charge.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
-Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record. You will need to provide a copy of your driving
record within 7 days of hire.
-Strong work ethic and self-motivation. The ability to work productively with minimal supervision is vital.
Effective communication skills, verbal and written. Customer service is our top priority! Are you a people
person?
-Flexibility to work a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule as well as unpredictably long hours on
occasion.
-Ability to work in all weather conditions as this position is year round.
-No felonies. We will run a background check if we are interested in hiring you.
