Compass Coach, out of Grand Rapids and Mount Pleasant Michigan is now looking for Full-Time Class B CDL Charter Bus Drivers to join our team. We offer a competitive pay scale incentives to stay competitive in today's market as well as trying to provide our key employees with a quality of life that has been neglected in our industry. All Full-Time drivers have an average base SALARY of $45,000.00/per year. No more ups and downs with your paycheck and trying to budget during the slow months. You will receive a steady flow of income year round. All benefits offered start on your first day of enjoyment (not a misspelling, you will ENJOY your time at Compass Coach).
Pay & Benefits:
Full Time Drivers are guaranteed $45,000/Year at $22.80/Hour.
Compass Provides a $7,500/per year stipen to purchase your own individual or family health plan.
Simple IRA with company match up to 3%.
Quality of life, guaranteed 5 days & 1 weekend every 120 days plus normal days off.
$1.50 safety bonus for every hour driven safely.
Full Time Drivers make between $6,000-$10,000 annually in tips.
Full Time Drivers will not been penalized for extra hours. You will receive a bonus of $20.00/per hour.

Requirements:
21 years or older.
At least 1 year of Class B CDL Driving experience with passengers endorsement.
Class B CDL. Must be willing to obtain your passengers endorsement.
Must have current DOT medical card or be willing to obtain.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Clean MVR.
