Job Description
Affordable Limousine, LLC is in search of a qualified candidate to join our office team. We have been in business for 13 years and run the largest fleet of luxury and specialty vehicles in the West Michigan area. We have 12 full-time office/shop staff and between 70 and 80 drivers. For the right candidate, your schedule will be negotiable, though we'll need someone who is willing and able to work greater than 30-40 hours per week and may include some weekends. Some opportunity may exist to work from home, though most work will be done at our office location.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Main job duties will include event planning, scheduling of drivers, hours of service monitoring, generating quotes, fielding inquiry phone calls, and responding to emails. Our ideal job candidate will be familiar with the following software: Limo Anywhere, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, When I Work, Eventbrite, Constant Contact, general email and other computer functionality. If you do not have experience with some or any of the above software, but have strong computer skills, we will train you how to use them. All applicants must display excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be a plus bus not required. Pay based on experience. Commissions paid on sales in addition to base pay.
