Requirements:
Previous quality system and problem-solving experience.
Experience with ERP systems
Able to read blueprints and GD&T
Basic metrology/gaging
Advanced knowledge of Quality Tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis, etc.)
APQP, PFMEA, PPAP
Auditing
Experience with ISO14001

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers who are experiencing quality concerns.
Champion 8D/corrective action efforts to resolve customer concerns with the appropriate Metal Flow personnel.
Assemble and lead the appropriate team of cross-functional individuals to ensure problem solving and corrective actions are cohesively developed and implemented.
Liaison between the customer and internal team.
Compiling and analyzing internal and external sort and statistical data to drive corrective actions.
Ensuring all materials in the MRB are correctly and fully dispositioned
