DescriptionControllerRobert Half Management Resources is seeking an interim Controller for a company in the Holland, Michigan area. This is expected to be a 3-4 month project. The Controller will assist in steering company financial decisions, provide high level accounting expertise, and develop strategic plans based on the company’s financial performance. For immediate consideration please email your resume to michael.rosenfeld@rhmr.com.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of accounting Special reports and analyses as needed Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding finances and taxes Regularly provide reporting on status of corporate finances Budget forecasting and planning Implement internal control policies and procedures Prepare cash flow forecast on monthly basis Maintain all contracts, leases, and other legal and financial records Coordinate all financial audits Assistant in the advising of senior executives in support of strategic and financial goalsRequirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance CPA preferred Advanced Degree a plus 5+ years of relevant experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and industry standardaccounting software, including Crystal Reports and Hyperion High attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing tasksOur industry-leading alliances and broad client network provide you greater access to a variety of unique interim and long-term project opportunities that can keep you continuously engaged.
