Anchorage Marina Yacht Club is currently looking for a full time Sous Chef.
Responsibilities include but not limited to training of kitchen staff, over all cleanliness of kitchen, handling customer complaints, preparing parties, monthly inventory, assisting the chef with menu ideas, daily prepping of kitchen items.
Summer hours of operation:
Monday and Tuesday: Closed Except Holidays and Private Parties
Wednesday and Thursday: 5pm - 10pm
Friday 5pm - 11pm
Saturday Noon - 11pm
Sunday 9am - 2:30pm / 5pm - 9pm
Winter hours:
Wednesday,Friday, Saturday 5pm - 9:30pm
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Closed Except Private Parties
Job Type: Full-time Year Round
