Live rent and utility free in one half of a duplex. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths with 2 living areas and an attached garage. In exchange, you will provide assistance with daily living activities to a man on the autism spectrum who prefers male companionship. No personal care is necessary.
Along with providing companionship, you will assist and mentor with laundry, cooking/cleanup, mainly during early morning and evening weekday hours.
